I like the way you also give my brain a challenge. I'm still working on those alternating V steps. Fun and challenging.
Can you tell the viewers where & who you learn your tai chi from.. most westerners watched a real Chinese tai chi master, you mimicking their moves and you think you know tai chi, the worst part is you claimed you are a tai chi expert in a few days. This fake tai chi is not making anyone benefiting,it also damaged your body alignment. I hope all American don’t think just because someone speaks perfect English is a tai chi expert. I have not seen any westerners from USA competing in tai chi tournament, why, because they know their tai chi are fake.

Great excerises ! I had shoulder surgery 2months ago. Going on vacation. Flying and can't take my weights. What can I do to replace the weights. I do have a resistance band how can I use that instead?
Absolutely! Resistance bands a great weight substitute and perfect for traveling. 💙
When do you breathe in and when do you exhale?
Breath out while bringing the weights up and out while setting them back down. Remember to take breaks if you ever feel lightheaded or that you need more time to catch your breath!

Hi unless you move you won’t lose I have neuropathy and arthritis lots of aches and pains I’m 168lbs and 79yrs I want to get to 140lbs I found Silvers exercises a bit challenging at fist but now a lot of the aches and pains have eased so keep moving have fun life is short

This workout is well thought out and symmetrical. I feel a certain sense of balance after finishing it every day. I use this as my cool down. Props to our presenter for thinking of the people at home doing the workout via UA-cam. She says "right" and "left" for our sake even if it it is opposite for her. This channel deserves more subscribers.
@SilverSneakers Please update with a better band workout. The counts are not consistent; example - 9 lunges one side other side is 12.

I did the entire 10 minutes, thank you
77 and no memory issues, but trying to keep all these moves in mind w his talking and the music is not the easiest 10 min. of exercise. I thot this would be 10 min. of walking w a few simple out moves. I walk w my daughter for safety reasons (knee buckles sometimes) and will add in my own, like stopping walk to do some side steps left and right, and after a bit more forward walking, do backward walking. She has been out of town for a few weeks, so not outside walking alone, but I will try a couple of these moves indoors that I can make when close to a chair or wall. I like all this guy's moves, just maybe not all in a bunch, esp. knee lifting will be good. Blessings!
